For more than fifteen years, Gina Belle’s Restaurant has been serving a soulful dining experience in the heart of Danielsville, Georgia.
This small family establishment provides all the comforts of home. Warm buttery biscuits, collard greens, fried chicken, sweet banana pudding, casseroles galore, and all other southern specialties served up with a side of love.
However, like most restaurants, Gina Belle’s was forced to reckon with some notable changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. While many had to shut down temporarily or close their doors for good, Regina Brueshaber and her team were able to pivot and adapt to a new era in hospitality.
While they implemented safety measures for in-person dining, they also sought new ways to serve customers during this unprecedented time. With take-out orders and curbside pick-up options high in demand, Regina asked me to help her bring her brick-and-mortar business online.
